Fingerweaving Class in Winnipeg!
On Tuesday evenings, starting Feb 25, and running through March 31, 2020, the Winnipeg Fingerweaving Support Group and the Museé de St Boniface Museum will jointly host a beginner finger weaving class: six evening sessions, 6 to 8 PM, to explore the basics.
The fee includes all materials needed to make several leg ties. You can make two leg ties per week if you do your homework.

The class will follow the instructions in the book Fingerweaving Untangled, taking you in easy steps,
from simple to more complex. We will explore the horizontal stripe, diagonal stripe, vertical stripe, sawtooth, and chevron. At the end of the class, you will be ready for the arrowhead and the more complex patterns such as arrow head, and arrow-and-lightning |
